In this role I was responsible for setting up and starting the ‘fence factory’, the entity that would help the organization to implement the large number of services in an efficient way. Managed challenges and results where among others: - Large number of involved stakeholders and vendors, onshore and offshore model - Transition during the assignment from program to line organization - During the start-up, there was a list of pending architectural decisions that needed resolution, created a process to push this forward - Creation of a factory approach but Agile / Scrum in setup

Diemen Het project omvat het ontwerp en de bouw van een compleet nieuw e-commerce platform en portal voor alle dienstverlening van XS4ALL. Binnen deze context was ik verantwoordelijk voor de klanten en werknemers portals. Deze worden gebouwd in Siebel Self Service en verbonden met zowel het nieuwe platform (Siebel, IBM Conceptwave) als de legacy systemen. Dit project is opgepakt door een consortium met onder meer een groot IBM team en andere leveranciers.
