Mark ran our two week training course when I joined iD mobiles retention department. He was crucial in helping me find my feet in the business and get off to a smotth start in the job proper. Though he managed a different team in the department Mark was always a great help when an issue needed passing up the chain or if I had a query about the business. Mark has both highly professional air about him whilst also being friendly and approachable; key traits in a manager.
