In this position it is is crucial to establish and maintain relationships and consistent contact points with internal departments and customer representatives. To run an effective operation both customers and internal departments must be briefed regularly on maintenance activities and any emerging issues that require special attention and work with internal and external stakeholders to plan accordingly. We continuously work to provide recommendations in adjusting manpower/staffing levels necessary to accommodate the customer's and internal work programs and development of an annual capital program, production planning, and long term maintenance activities for track.

Communicating with customers, clients, and stakeholders to provide progress status, resolve issues and answer questions, and to plan future works and projects, preparing quotes and estimates for smaller scale projects, cost control, coordinating timely delivery of supplies and material, tracking project progress, ensuring quality control and safety, trouble shooting and follow up. This position provided me with valuable project management experience that I have had minor exposure to in previous positions.
