To run an effective operation both customers and internal departments must be briefed regularly on maintenance activities and any emerging issues that require special attention and work with internal and external stakeholders to plan accordingly. We continuously work to provide recommendations in adjusting manpower/staffing levels necessary to accommodate the customer's and internal work programs and development of an annual capital program, production planning, and long term maintenance activities for track.
