  For the role, I install, manage, and upgrade Application and File Servers within the company while configuring user access, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the stability of the system. I deliver technical support regarding various laptop and desktop devices, PC, and MAC. I set up, support, and configure encryption software, such as Guardian Edge, SecureDoc, BitLocker, and File Vault to secure the company's interest and increase data integrity. I render OS support by installing Windows 8, 10, and 11 as well as Mac OSX 10.x while performing updates on a routine basis. I utilize Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 to provide comprehensive disk/tape backup and recovery support for Windows-based environments. I researched and recommended cloud backup solution as a safer and more reliable option to disk backup and when approved, implemented that change. I enable document scanning and data capture by using Laserfiche while training end-users on usability. I maintain optimal functionality of Konica Minolta, HP, Lexmark, and Brother printers. I add, edit, and remove users through WinDSX administration software. Following are my key contributions to the role: • Raised user awareness regarding phishing, fraud, social engineering, and malware. • Secured client data and other NP by consistently looking out for proactive measures. • Led training on monthly basis to improve competency levels of end-users pertaining to basic and intermediate use of OS navigation and Office Suite.
