Enrolled as a Non-Commissioned Member in 1995 and was eventually Commissioned by then Minister of Defence Hon John Macallum, Governor General Adrienne Clarkson and her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth in 2001. Since becoming a Canadian Forces Officer I have served as a Troop Commander, Operations Officer, Public Affairs Officer and Squadron Officer in Command. Proudly wears the rank of Major and commands the 56th Squadron of 37th Combat Engineer Regiment that I joined as a Private 22 years ago.
