Mark is an amazing leader and individual that I had the privilege of working with. Mark has the gift of inciting change and collaboration of teams from all sorts of backgrounds, which is truly inspiring as I was witness to him bringing our Colombia team members together with our U.S. team members in order to create a team that was not restricted to the distance or differences we all had. Without Mark's unwavering faith in my abilities, I do not think I would be where I am today, thus I am very thankful for the time I was able to have him as my manager. Words are not simply enough to show how appreciative I am for all he has done as leader and I know Mark will continue to do great things in his future endeavors wherever he goes. I know his future teams he creates and leads will be so lucky to have him.
