Currently I am working in the haematology department of the Cancer Institute at UCL. under the supervision of Dr Rob Sellar and Dr Elizabeth Henderson, we investigate PROTACS efficiency in AML cell lines. laboratory work: - cell culturing and treatment - cloning, generation of KO-cell lines - verification of KO-cell lines.
