  In my role at EDW I perform root cause analysis on various defects found within our Java based application and use a variety of tools and programs to make enhancements to our system. This mainly comprises of making improvements to our code base, in addition to making alterations to document templates and the creation of database scripts, all the while undergoing training to further develop my technical and professional development.
