      This position was as a ‘sector delivery expert’ in project management. My job was to write the level 4 courseware for the new standards. This must include the End Point Assessment preparation relating to the showcase, the presentation and the final interview. As part of the 24 months journey for the learners, the delivery model had to be written for the 20% off the job working and the learning mentor visit delivery plan.
