Only the best ingredients in each Sponge. Small is beautiful... Our Sponge is made with love and care in small batches. We will tell you everything about our business, the product we sell, and occasionally ask for your help - if you're keen! Company Overview We sold SPONGE in our own cafe and deli in Holt for nine years. The reputation and following was immense, therefore, we thought we would share a bit of SPONGE with everyone who loves cakes delivered to their door. SPONGE cakes love to be eaten inside 7 days and can be frozen. We supply sponge by the individual wedge and as 7" or 10" cakes delivered across the UK.
