Delivering vendor professional services remotely and onsite across the UK and Europe, Installing AudioCodes products into customer environments to industry best practice standards. My background in infrastructure has been invaluable in providing quality professional services to customers. My understanding of networking, infrastructure and firewalls has streamlined many installations and customer integrations, and my ability to analyse and troubleshoot existing customer environments and work with customers to evidence issues outside of my responsibility means that they can be quickly resolved in order to deliver projects efficiently. My role at AudioCodes extends globally, which often involves working with a variety of nationalities and customers with a wide range of skillsets and therefore tailoring my technical explanations to suit. My responsibilities include: ● Deploying a range of projects from SMEs up to large global enterprises and service providers from sales handover to deployed, tested and working solutions, producing low and high-level designs and test plans as part of that process as required and liaising with third parties when needed to ensure all perquisites are met. This covers a spectrum of PSTN technologies, including but not limited to E1/BRI/FXS/O and PBX vendors and understanding their interoperability requirements. ● Maintaining a high level of technical competency including studying for Microsoft Teams certifications in order to both validate my knowledge and give customers the reassurance that they are in safe hands, whilst ensuring that I am delivering the expertise I would expect from vendor supplied professional services Show less

My responsibilities included taking call escalations from the first line team, technical pre-sales, project planning, project deployment, IT strategy consultation, disaster planning and on call/out of hours availability as required. Also assisting third line project engineers with larger projects, working independently or as part of a small team to deliver solutions as required. Aside from the usual second line support I undertook a range of projects, from small infrastructure changes through to multi-site replacement infrastructures, working closely with colleagues and customers to ensure targets were met and any issues dealt with. Key successes: ● Disaster recover situation with a customer’s infrastructure requiring restore and troubleshooting of a complicated recovery of their entire active directory infrastructure over a weekend ● Worked closely with a local leisure establishment to seamlessly upgrade their existing basic virtualisation infrastructure to a fully functioning high availability solution with a disaster recovery solution, which proved its effectiveness mere months later where I had to redeploy half of it after a flooding disaster! ● Live migrated an existing physical infrastructure to a high available redundant virtual solution for a large transport company to incorporate their toll systems and their associated support services with minimal impact to operations ● Third line cover at a leading London legal firm to cover during recruitment and staff absence ● Managing the training department during absence and ensuring that the high-quality standards were maintained Show less

AUGUST 2009 — APRIL 2012 Transferred to Devon Doctors as a part of their newly formed in-house IT team, my previous expertise supporting their systems made me a perfect candidate which demanded required a quick department and process establishment I was responsible for maintaining IT/telecommunication systems for the call centre, 16 remote treatment centres and the associated administrative support services. I used this time to turn around a very basic, underutilised system to a tailored solution which suited the businesses requirements, ranging from simple quality of life changes such as roaming profiles, WSUS, templated workstation deployments, network monitoring systems, planning of system upgrades and technical requirement advice for potential services.
