11/04/017—Oct 019. General Superintendent at John Hopkins (APL Campus). Located in Laurel Maryland. Projected projection during design ranged from 112 million. Now projected completion at 145 million. The building structure has a split design structural design with Structural steel across one complete elevation, and the matching elevation is all cast in place concrete with very stringent Flatness requirements due to the Research and Development that will take place within these 2 matching, but joint structures. The exterior also have a joint envelope package with Curtain wall and Precast. The interior design will be fully used are Research and Development under the Control of the Government funding requirements for Research towards the Campus of APL / John Hopkins. The project is overseen by high levels of security due to the ongoing research toward Satellite Communications. Show less

Present: Turner Veterans Administration Replacement Medical Center Facility, Eastern Colorado Healthcare System AURORA, CO General Superintendent responsible for the 327,2112 DAT Facility. DAT is the main component of the Hospital, Housing ED, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, MRI’s, CT scans and PET scanner, CV Labs, and six OR’s. General Superintendent of site responsible for overseeing all trades on this portion of the project. Daily coordinates and oversees field labor and trades, provides schedule updates, submittals, quality and safety program enforcement, and manages subcontractor relations. This is an Integrated-Design-Bid- Build (IDBB) contract with early design involvement by the contractor to include: cost estimating, schedule coordination, project phasing, constructability reviews, and equipment planning.
