I have worked under Mark for two years since starting out as a software engineer at Cerner. As my first manager into tech, I don’t think I could’ve been luckier. Mark has been a beacon of leadership since day 1 from getting me included socially within the team to aiding in designing our project solutions. Whenever we need to switch tracks spontaneously to support a different sector of our solution, Mark is always there to make the transition as painless as possible by providing us with resources and support. Given the opportunity, I would love to work with Mark again in the future.

He is very resourceful and completely self sufficient in terms of managing responsibilities and completing deliverables.
