Semi Pro Session Musician / Guitarist / Dep Guitarist / Equipment Demonstrator

For a 12 year period of time I was a Semi Pro session musician / guitarist for multiple studios across the UK. I covered areas such as: London, Essex, Sussex, Kent and the North of England. Back then I had a couple of agents booking me out on a regular basis, along with sourcing my own work. Also during this 12 year period of time I was a dep guitarist for multiple covers, party, corporate and function bands. I played many a private party, festival, corporate event, pub / venue gigs, charity events and pretty much anywhere I was required. Some would be a one off performance, others would be whenever a band / artist's regular guitarist was not available. Apologies as there are too many to list and to be totally honest I can not remember most of their names (Sorry). I also used to demonstrate musical equipment / products for studios and up and coming manufacturers. That was a very busy 12 years of my life. Show less

Between 1998 and 2012 on a part time basis I was involved with organising music events and gigs. These were usually charity events for organisations like Mind, Sense, Macmillan, St Lukes Hospice, local charites and people requiring support. Some were low key events for friends and local members of the community that had either sadly passed away or become seriously ill. I would usually end up playing these events with my current bands or music projects along with helping to organise the sound systems, bands being booked to play, facilites, advertsing and general event duties. During this period of time I was also involved with wiring / installing audio systems for multiple friends within the music industry. This would be anything from speaker / PA systems to full on studio / live setups including mixing desks, patchbays, outboard effects, rack processors, stage looms, lighting rigs (DMX controllers), multi room audio, recording equipment (analogue & digiital including PCs and DAWS). You name it....I installed it..... anywhere from a small private home studio, practise room, to larger venues and high end recording studios (mainly for private producers and engineers). Show less
