The Demand Logic technology uses the existing BEMS infrastructure in a building to gather data from the HVAC equipment and meters. We do not install additional meters or sensors so our subscription price can be kept low and our installation is completed promptly in order to expedite the building data analysis. By uncovering and analysing this data we can pinpoint issues for fault detection/snagging, condition-based maintenance and energy management. We present this back to the building management team via a collaboration platform. Payback for our service is usually less than 4 months.A sample of some of our client buildings:https://www.demandlogic.co.uk/buildings
