As an Olympian, Mark knows what it takes to succeed. He approaches problem solving with characteristics of an elite athlete. His positive attitude and ability to self-motivate was infectious in the workplace. Mark can always see the best outcome of any situation and has a remarkable ability to relate to all teammates, partners, clients and donors alike. As a line manager, Mark was always focused on helping me achieve my goals and aspirations. He quickly became a mentor, a confidant and above all, a friend. I have had the best times of my working career under his guidance and believe there is no task too great for him to conquer and succeed.

Mark's motivational talks are utterly inspirational. He draws upon his extraordinary experiences as a two-time Olympian in the Winter Olympics discipline of the luge. He speaks with clarity, humility, integrity and precision, underpinned by a wonderful sense of humour and exceptional communication skills - and to any age group, as I have personally witnessed on several occasions. I cannot recommend him enough, especially to those who support the concepts of teamwork, self-discipline, the motivation of others and the pursuit of dreams.
