I had the privilege of working with Mark while I was overseeing the Oklahoma, Ohio and New Jersey physician practices for CHS. During this time, Mark was a strong leader who allowed me to make decisions and solve problems with minimal oversight. Having spent time working on projects and gaining each others trust he was confident in my ability but also was there to offer guidance and direction when asked as a true leader would. He was not afraid to allow me to fail, to succeed as long as the mistakes were not repeated. He was supportive and instrumental in helping me grow as a leader within CHS. His knowledge, critical thinking and ability to challenge you to think differently are what makes him a great leader and someone I would work for again given the chance.
