I cannot say enough good things about my friend and colleague Mark Goodlett. First and foremost, he is an experienced Sales leader who drives stellar results. That could be enough but that doesn't begin to sum up his terrific qualities. He is a valued and trusted leader and mentor. His people know that he will work hard to drive the right results, but they also know that he has their backs and will always encourage and drive them to succeed. Mark has been our "culture" for years. At National Sales Meetings, on conference calls and during District Manager Summits he always brings positivity, enthusiasm, fun and fantastic ideas to keep the teams engaged and excited. Mark's team has consistently had strong results, both quantitative and qualitative, and it is because he is such a strong leader. I highly recommend Mark for Sales Leadership roles.
