  Train microwave engineers on microwave theory including microwave propagation, atmospheric anomalies to design for, determining antenna centerline clearances based on K factors and terrain survey results, path design, network design and determining path reliabilities. Design legacy networks (GSM, CDMA, SONET) for upgrades to IP/MPLS networks for low latency needs. Optimize reliability of IP traffic and RAN network design using network protection methods such as equipment and route redundancy. Managed and conducted field path surveys, design and oversee installation testing and turn-up. Simulated path design using PathLoss 4.0 to determine antenna clearances, reflection points and Multipath anomalies. Determined link capacity requirements within the route design. Performed hundreds of paths throughout Mexico for Telcel, Telmex and Iusacell networks using Ericsson radios.

Taught department in US and Mexico microwave analysis software, PathLoss. Conducted seminars in usage of equipment and software to various clients in US, Mexico and Belize.
