Toad Hall is a chain of 13 nurseries offering private childcare provision for pre-schoolers in London and the South East. I was recruited as the Financial Controller overseeing the day-to-day Finance operations, as well as preparing the management and statutory accounts. I really enjoyed the Business Partnering aspect of my role at Toad Hall, working with non- Finance staff and explaining accounting issues and processes in an easy to understand manner.
