I reported to Mark for over 8 years and benefited immensely from his strong people skills, leadership and technical expertise in accounting. One of the main reasons that Mark and I have worked so effectively together is due to his willingness to listen and provide valuable feedback, being well prepared for all meetings and his ability to delve into detail yet still grasping the overall big picture. I have had the privilege to have Mark as a role model and learn from someone who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. He is very positive, easy to talk to and always motivate his staff to strive for their best. I highly recommend Mark as he will be a tremendous asset to any organisation.

Mark was not only my boss at the department but a true leader. I was so lucky to have worked for him for two years in Air Liquide Healthcare. He has a wide range knowledge of Accounting, and he ensures you learn what you need to. His encouraging personality makes you feel completely comfortable, even when you’re making mistake. He knows how to bring the best out of the members of his team, by inspiring and mentoring them, and lead the team to adapt to changes smoothly. Any employee would be lucky to have Mark as a manager!
