I worked with Mark on several operationally complex proposals from inception to contract signature. Mark was highly skilled in managing internal stakeholders and being able to make important decisions very quickly. He is an expert negotiator and can distinguish between the 'nice to have' and the 'very important' in negotiations. I have witnessed him diffuse potentially damaging situations with ease, and have seen him step in and recover deteriorating business relationships.
