During my 26 year tenure with the City of OKC, I worked in or managed all areas of infrastructure: network, land-line & cellular telecom, servers/domains and PCs. This experience positioned me to become the City's Infrastructure Major Projects Manager responsible for integrating technology into large City construction projects and working with vendors to develop innovative metropolitan technologies and solutions. Accomplishments of note: 1) project manager responsible to cover 590 sq miles of Oklahoma City in 2006 with 802.11 and back-haul for centralized Public Safety 911 dispatch of 850 Police and Fire vehicles 2) facilitated development of a wireless solution then managed deployment for traffic controller metric acquisition and remote traffic configuraton/management of 768 intersections 3) implemented wireless solutions across multiple City department platforms that positioned the City to be awarded Verizon's first "Smart City" award 4) in 2004, began deploying and managing the City's extensive interior and exterior IP-based CCTV surveillance camera system encompassing numerous City corridors and facilities, initially Homeland Security funded. To date, there are over 1000+ CCTV cameras riding various, specific to location, transports on the City's WAN/LAN
