      Senior Generator Technician and Technical Support. (Cwind)This Project was a temporary power solution of 97 generators supplied by Cwind during the construction phase of the Gode offshore wind farm.During This project I had a wide range of duties and responsibilities which included:• Assisting with the planning and implementation of service, refueling and maintenance schedule for 97 generators.• Supporting technicians in the field with fault finding issues as well as planned and unplanned maintenance. • Processing data collected by field Technicians and using it create preventive maintenance plans. • Liaising with the client and generator supplier to constantly improve the generator unit. Preventing down time and reducing repair costs.• Maintaining stock levels in offshore store and on CTVs for fast response and repair reducing down time.• Ensuring all technicians were well drilled in safety systems and incident Reporting.• Participating in daily briefings and client meetings.During the demobilization of the Generator Units my role changed to the overall management of the shore side aspect of the demobilization. My responsibilities included:• Organizing the servicing repair and reconditioning of generators as they were returned to shore from there offshore locations.• Organizing the transportation and customs clearance for the return of the Generator unit to their suppliers.• Demobilization of all project Vessels including hotel vessel and CTVs. • Ensuring that all site waste was disposed of in accordance with legislation.
