‘Invaluable’ is what comes to mind when I think about Mark. I’ve worked with Mark for many years at Appleseed’s/Bluestem. Mark keeps everything on track in a fast-paced environment. He is highly organized and is responsible for managing creative timelines, and training a large team of production artists, all the while being cognizant of the merchandise teams expectations for 5 brands! He is amazingly adept at managing ever changing schedules, while keeping the disparate parts moving toward the end goal, the project deadline. Additionally, Mark is a great leader and a supportive manager. He makes sure his team is able to handle their assigned tasks and/or make the crucial decision to pivot and reassign other team members to assist when necessary. As a creative, I always appreciated his willingness to work with me on shifting schedules, and give the support that was needed, while still making sure we would meet our deadlines. Mark is a dedicated, knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend Mark - he is a true asset to any team.
