  A Supply Chain Planning Manager (SCPM) with a strong background of both commercial and operational experience in the UK cement industry. This involves dealing and communicating with a number of different disciplines at all levels – Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technical and Finance. This involves dealing and communicating with a number of different disciplines at all levels – Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technical and Finance. I have lead and developed the central supply team for 7 years & our network has changed considerably during that time, which has led to the way we work changing & being realigned with the needs of the business. Also I have for the last two years had operational responsibility for two of our sites – Barnstone plant (70 employees, 200ktpa & ~£30m turnover) and the South East Terminals (SET – 40 employees, 600ktpa & ~£48mpa turnover).
