My role involved full review of Architectural prints and project specifications to determine the needs of the building as envisioned by the Architects design. Once my proposal was created, it would be reviewed for complete scope coverage, wording of inclusions or exclusions, profit margin and sign-off by the Regional Estimating Manager, VP of Engineering, VP of Manufacturing and President depending on level of ROS and total amount of the bid. Tiers would determine the level of sign-off. If the Project was approved per my proposal, it was handed off to the Project Manager of the assigned Engineering team to continue until the job was completed. Show less
