      In responsible change for the last 20 years over 200+, ASPRS Class One aerial mapping projects, for the design of panel layout and setting control monuments for aerial LiDAR flight, GPS/RTK VRS data collection of targets and processing the values for the AT solution and approving project control, Planning flight project and managing field activities, Writing project specification for determining accuracies needed for project deliverable. Quality Control for mapping project deliverables, contours, spot checking DTM, NAD coordinates values, global origin and feature codes collected. Researched and developed TxDOT GPS/RTK network CORS station broadcasting GPS differential correction for aerial photography and surveying, 2003 installed six GPS station in the Dallas Area, monitoring seven counties activities including GIS, RTK and IMU GPS data collection. Supervisors of Survey Design and Mapping section, charge with TxDOT Dallas District GIS, GPS, SUE, Aerials, mapping and data collection projects over seven counties, Responsible for current technology needs and procedures. In 2007 project manger of world’s largest 6 inch DMC camera project, flown over 13, 711 square miles of north Texas. Tasked with planning project, meeting with FAA, de projects scope and task, choosing camera, panel layout, project specification, accuracies, deliverables, monitoring operation and quality control of imagery. Appointed Member of the Standing Committee on Surveying (SCOS) in 2009 and voted Chairman 2012, 2013 & 2014
