I have a great deal of respect for Mark. I worked with Mark for many years and have always found him to be approachable and professional to the highest order. He is one to balance the needs of the company with the needs of employees in a way that is not cliche. In times of uncertainty or any kind of difficulty, he was always one to foster an atmosphere of discretion, professionalism, leadership, and was often a beacon of reason. Where correction was necessary, he handed it out firmly but fairly. Mark has an uncanny ability to build consensus and influence across organizational boundaries to execute a shared vision. If he's not in the Captain's seat, he's the First Officer.

Working with Mark has been such a pleasure. I speak to Hiring Authorities day in and day out, and he is by far one of my favorite people to work with. He is professional, has a great sense of humor, and extremely high ethical standards. Graphic Products had the opportunity to potentially bypass Opti on a placement, but Mark stepped up and held his staff to an ethical code that unfortunately seems to be disappearing these days. I highly recommend working with Mark, because you will know where you stand with him, there is no need to question his work practices, and will have a great laugh while doing it.
