  In my role as Campus Facilities Manager I was at the forefront of service delivery, working for the Facilities Management Unit and its predecessor the Services Unit since 1994. As Campus Facilities Manager I was responsible for the delivery of operational services to the campus; ensuring a safe and secure environment, an appropriate level of amenity, as well as an efficient and effectively operating campus.
