Responsible for leading the delivery of Durham Women FC's FA Women' Super League Sister Club Programme. The programme includes working alongside local grassroots clubs to help promote attendance at FA WSL fixtures while also driving female participation in the area. My roles include:- Successfully bidding for the programme- Recruiting clubs from the North East and Cumbria to join the programme- Liaising with clubs on a daily basis to ensure targets are met and that their expectations are reached- Working towards KPIs set by the Football Association in regards to attendance and participation- Organising and delivering events and activities for these clubs, including tournaments, skills sessions, open training sessions and mascot packages. I was offered this role in August 2015 and began in October of the same year. Through links formed during my time at Doncaster Rovers Belles, I was approached by former professional footballer Gordon Staniforth to work on a consultancy basis for the Girls Centre of Excellence based at York College. This role involves producing video content for the Centre's bid for Tier One status, with the aim of impressing the FA. I also help Gordon Staniforth in producing materials for coaching staff with the intention of aiding their role.
