As the VP of Customer Success, I had the pleasure of working closely with Mark for more than two years. During this time, I repeatedly witnessed Mark go above and beyond to deliver better customer experiences. If resources weren’t available, he’d do the work himself. But Mark wasn’t just focused on making our customers better, he made our Customer team better too. Mark always made time to give me guidance as I learned to navigate the world of SaaS. In fact, multiple members of the Customer team have successfully transitioned to more technical roles due in part to Mark’s willingness to help them learn and grow their skills. Mark is a genuinely thoughtful individual that betters those around him and I would highly recommend him to any organization.
