I have known Mark for over 2 years in his capacity as a mentor for the Reboot learning program. In that time Mark has been consistent in expertly providing help and advice across a wide range of subjects, both work related and at a more personal level. He is always ready to listen and discuss any issues, offering a number of varying views which allow you to see challenges from other perspectives. He is very personable with excellent communication skills and displays genuine interest in any subject raised. If the subject matter is not known to Mark, he happily discusses the subject and will fully take on board any information offered and will utilise his experience in what are sometimes vastly differing arenas to aid you. I would recommend Mark to anyone An absolute gent.

I have known Mark for just over two years in his capacity as a mentor with Ineo, working on the Reboot programme. During this time I have developed a great professional relationship with Mark and found him to be an excellent listener, communicator and analyst of situations and scenarios. Mark has a great ability to listen and support, whilst allowing you to solve and overcome your own challenges by guiding your thought process rather than giving you the answers himself. In doing this it enables his mentees to build their own confidence and recognise their own ability, with his support and guidance. I would highly recommended Mark to any mentee or business, looking for a talented mentor or senior HR professional. He would be a valuable asset to any team or as a leader in any industry.
