I worked as an Associate Attorney in Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP’s Haverford office, and gained extensive experience in ERISA, consumer protection, and data privacy class actions, including: Snitzer v. Am. Fed. of Musicians & Employers’ Pension Fund, No. 1:17-cv-5361 (S.D.N.Y) (preliminary approval granted – $26.85 Million); Lietz v. Cigna Corp., No. 2:16-cv-03967 (E.D. Pa.) (settled – $8.25 million); High St. Rehab., LLC v. Am. Specialty Health Inc., No. 2:12-cv-07243 (E.D. Pa. Aug. 29, 2019) (settled – $11.75 million).I am admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, and earned my Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, where I was also a member of the NSAC Law Review. During my second and third years of law school, I worked at a boutique securities litigation firm on Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from the University of Miami in 2009.

While working at KTCM, I concentrated my practice in the areas of securities fraud litigation and consumer protection. In these roles, I represented sophisticated institutional and individual investors in complex class actions against corporate defendants for violations of federal securities laws. During my time at KTMC, I represented institutional investors in obtaining substantial recoveries in securities fraud class actions, including Washtenaw Emps.' Ret. Sys. v. Walgreen Co., Civ. No. 1:15-cv-03187 (N.D. Ill. ) (settled – $105 million); Louisiana Municipal Police Employees’ Retirement System v. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. et al., Civ. No. 2:11-cv-00289 (D. Vt.) (settled – $36.5 million); In re St. Jude Medical, Inc. Securities Litigation, Civ. No. 10-0851 (D. Minn. 2010) (settled -- $39.25 million), and data breach, multi-district litigation lawsuits such as In re Target Corporation Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, MDL No. 14–2522 (D. Minn. 2014) (settled -- $39 million).

While working full-time as a law clerk, I regularly drafted, edited, and revised a variety of legal documents including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, discovery requests and responses, and meet and confer correspondence for a complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and bankruptcy law firm. I also conducted legal research and drafted internal memoranda to senior partners and helped prepare for and attended 30(b)(6) and other depositions. I assisted in hearing preparation and attended live hearings in the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. I worked full-time while also attending second and third years of law school full-time.
