  I lead a multi academy trust in Bristol. I have coming up to 40 years in education with the vast majority of that in school leadership. I have led a number of schools in the past as well as fulfilling the role of consultant in leadership, coaching and school improvement. For nearly 15 years I sat on the Department of Educations Headteacher Reference Group helping to provide practitioner input into policy. I lead a multi academy trust in Bristol.
