Mark is hands down one of the most knowledge, personable, and professional DevOps engineers that I have had the pleasure to work with. Whilst working with him at BskyB I was able to appreciate the breadth of knowledge that he had to offer, covering a dizzying array of technologies, from detailed load balancer design, through to the intricacies of the Linux init system. Mark is also one of those rare DevOps engineers who can actually fulfil the 'Dev' part of the title, and I join many others in using his excellent OpenSource Tiller project. Mark is a fantastic addition to any team, and I would happily recommend him.
