I have worked with Mark Dagin in two companies (M-real and ALPLA). I reported to him directly in both companies. I found him a pleasant person to deal with. Mark always shows good understanding of process and has bright ideas for problem resolution. As a boss he supervises the process trying not to interfere too much in operational work.
