Head of Service Management, an executive role leading a team for service provisions including Estates, Resources, IT, and the management and delivery of capital projects Since joining in 2019 I have been responsible for delivering significant and positive change management - reducing overall expenditure (both capex and revenue), whilst significantly improving output and cover.
