      Key Achievements:• Whilst leading the due diligence information flow and transitional services support, I was part of the project team in relation to the sale of the UK Solid Waste business to Biffa which realised the successful TUPE transfer of over 300 employees. • Worked closely with the Group HRD during an organisational design project which saw the restructuring of the UK Business resulting in my need to manage a large scale redundancy and change programme. This resulted in significant reductions in overhead costs. • Successfully negotiated (via the Trade Union) the transition of 193 employees from weekly to monthly pay to ensure savings in administration costs and to ensure the implementation of Auto-Enrolment was simplified. • Successfully avoided industrial action within a PFI business during a pay dispute in 2013. • Contributed significantly to the due diligence process of an acquisition and successfully managed and integrated 22 TUPE transferring employees into the business. • Set up a productive working relationship with the Prince’s Trust, which saw the implementation of a Pilot ‘Get into Recycling’ Programme, the first of its kind in the UK.
