Whilst at Hein Gericke, Mark was our Account Manager at Yodel who provided Hein Gericke with all their UK Mainland (and NI) courier requirements. Mark was probably the best Account Manager I have had the pleasure to work with in the past in any professional situation. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best possible service. Mark was always attentive to Hein Gericke's needs and If Hein Gericke ever experienced any problems with Yodel's service I could always guarantee that should I contact Mark that he would resolve them immediately regardless of what the problem was or who was responsible. I don't want to go "over the top", but I genuinely could not recommend Mark highly enough and I wish him the success in his future career.
