      I recently moved to a new part of the group that I work for which oversees new heating installs for over 35 properties a week across 7 different teams. My new duties include but are not limited to providing the paperwork to our teams for each install and making sure they have all relevant documents to carry out the install, from the correct drawings to the most up to date asbestos reports. Once the install has been complete it is then my job to process all the completed paperwork and send it on to the relative client depending on contract. During this task I must make sure that they are compliant with the regulations and legislations set out by the contracts that we have with each specific client. I also deal with phone calls on a day to day basis from tenants to project managers and executives. I also provide support to the staff who work on site and on the road, updating them with any changes or issues and providing the most up to date information to make sure the installation process runs smoothly.       My main duties as O&M Administrator are to schedule a team of around 5 engineers for their daily jobs and then processing the reports that they send in via a program called FastField. Deal day to day with the general public either on the phone or via emails. I also monitor over 2000 domestic Solar PV Systems over Northern Ireland as well as about 10 Commercial sites, this includes but is not limited to daily checks of the systems, putting together reports and arranging repair works or servicing as and when required, while also dealing with the clients/funders who own this systems whether this be via emails or conference calls.
