Bio
Andrew Beveridge
As a keen computer science student at Heriot-Watt, I was among many who felt like our I.T. department was seriously lacking transparency and leadership. Along came Mark, and he couldn't have managed the situation better. He communicated openly and frankly with students and staff to explain the issues, going into technical detail when requested, and instilled confidence in the I.T. department again. 1 year later, and most of the problems we originally faced are solved, and I am happy to be at a university with a well managed infrastructure.
Christopher J Mallon (MBCS)
During his time at the University of Manchester, Mark was a very supportive, helpful and considerate colleague. I believe his enthusiasm and encouragement during the many successful projects we worked on contributed directly to effective implementation. This ensured consistaent and effective delivery of solutions that met the business requirements of the Institution. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark for his technical and personal qualities to anyone!
