I had the pleasure to work closely with Mark for nearly a year, creating the technology road map for LPCH. It was a period of ambiguity and change as we went through organisational restructures but throughout Mark was the consummate professional and always remained focused on the business needs and his team. Mark led the IT organisation but always behaved as a business leader, constructively challenging other functions while holding his own team to account.
