Outcome Evaluation for all community health investment reporting - This includes healthcare accounting / data analysis, ROI studies, program outcomes reporting and dashboards that represent LLUH as an Anchor Institution in the region. 3. Manage the finance and budget cycle for the Institute for Community Partnerships and the office of Community Health Development - This includes oversight of 3 annual operating budgets totaling $2.5 million and 9 special project budgets totaling over an additional $2.5 million. - Created an internal tracking process that allowed our operating budgets to function in real-time to ensure that Community Benefit dollars were adequately expensed. 4. Established Community Health Investment Awards Process - Built a system that supported 15 organizations (most ever) in our region with critical funding that addressed our Community Benefit focus areas. This included working closely with Supply Chain Management to add 9 new organizations to our LLUH internal systems, establishing a Community Health Investment Awards Committee, and building the awards portal. 5. Manage the documentation and reporting of community benefit dollars invested in the community and maintain financial records - This includes managing the Scholarship Awards for at-promise youth in our region, contracts with CHNA partners, and all Community Benefit financial processes.
