      I’m currently working as the Technical Teams Supervisor for the battery project for Aston Martin at HYPERBAT. My roles as the supervisor are vast, ranging from assisting the technicians with manufacturing High Voltage batteries to managing entire areas from the battery shop floor, the logistical stores area, problem solving, to the offices on site in Coventry and at Williams in Oxford, coordinating between engineers to meet delivery times and maintain moral and keep production to a high standard. Working with a High Voltage product, requires a good level of concentration, awareness and handling, as mishandling of the product can result in severe injury or be fatal. Following the process and safety measures is key to working in the area. I have completed the training to be a Senior Authorized Person along with my Competent Person training, which can allow me to enter any area and asses the dangers to life, by becoming the lead person-in-charge and authorize competent people to work. Trained in First Aid. My main focus was working with the tec’s on the shop floor, carrying out team briefs, resource planning, health and safety, absence cover and working side by side as a team when they required assistance.
