I have worked with Mark for over a year. He is extremely customer focused in all his work. He is able to put sensible and achievable plans in place and to deliver them with focus and quality. He has very good technical knowledge which is a big bonus when planning the project detail. He also has an ability to focus on the business benefit of a project.

I have worked with Mark for a number of years now, most notably when starting to develop our US Queue Management business when Mark was my main project support from the UK. Mark is an excellent project manager, who works hard and does whatever it takes to get a project to succeed. He is also able to work and build relationships at all levels within the customer, whether in the stores or at corporate office. He played a key role in developing what is now a very successful US business for Irisys.

Brought on board to provide operational project management as the company experienced rapid expansion, thanks to a solution rollout to Tesco. The role grew to include setting up Irisys Inc in Atlanta, Georgia and further tier one projects. This lead to the acquisition of the company by Danaher Inc.

After an MBO, I was asked to add professional project management services to the new business. A challenging role that was hugely fulfilling and I'm glad to see that the company has continued to go from strength to strength from the early platform we built. Following the merger between Goodyear and Dunlop, the need to get the retail offering in their fast fit centres unified and profitable was of prime importance. As a consultant I advised on the redesign and rebranding the two businesses.
