Our focus is on delivering high quality products with short delivery and installation times, and based on a ‘measure and quote’ consultation service that tailors the product to our customers’ requirements. My role as Co-Managing Director includes: • Anticipating window treatment trends • Working with clients and customers to develop products and service • Managing daily operations • Meeting customer demands and responding to feedback • Finance and business development • Logistics management • Overseeing brand communications • Monitoring sales and delivery targets • Increasing profitable business growth Prior to starting the ABC Blinds brand, the Brice family founded and managed both Kresta Blinds and Vista Blinds.
