      Protect company assets and impact on company's balance sheet through effective mitigation of exposure to risk by formulating, developing and coordinating programs that drive and improve employee health, safety and risk management. Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize/eliminate accidents/ injuries and meet FRA, OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other federal and local regulations. Monitors activities that have potential for high exposure and/or risks of significance; drives effective and timely handling, resolution strategies and ensures action.
