Serves as an intelligence systems, analytics integration, and Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) ground intelligence architecture subject matter expert for INSCOM Military Intelligence Brigades (MIBs) (Theater and Functional) and designated National systems. Represents INSCOM as the gaining command for the Army’s type classification, materiel release, fielding, and transfer processes in support of materiel requirements and acquisition in accordance with AR 700-142. Serves as branch subject matter expert for the acquisition, fielding, and integration of new intelligence systems, analytics, and ground AISR architecture requirements. Assists the Command in identifying and coordinating issues related to the modernization, upgrade, and lifecycle replacement of existing intelligence systems, analytics and ground AISR architecture requirements. Determines systems, analytics, and AISR architecture gaps and formulates site transition plans and develops new or unique methodologies to fill these gaps. Analyzes resources required for the mission and provides input to the command on personnel, equipment, and funding requirements related to the intelligence systems, analytics, and ground AISR architecture requirements. Coordinates for Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) alternatives to include establishment, sustaining, maintaining, and terminating when QRC has met utility and when Program of Record (POR) solutions are not readily available to support emerging requirements and missions.
