- Oversee the operation of a NCAA Division 3 Men's Soccer program. Duties include recruiting, scouting, maintaining statistics, game scheduling, travel arrangements, academic monitoring, and equipment purchasing.- Develop recruiting strategies with HUDL and Front Rush software. Also use VLoop software for all individual and team development.-Ensure compliance with all NCCAA and/or CCC rules by team coaches and players

-Recruited and maintained student-athletes for both Varsity and Reserve programs. Each roster consisted of 25 student-athletes. -Oversaw men's soccer student-athlete scholarship budget of $100,000. -Managed yearly budget for travel, meals, equipment purchases, officials and recruiting. -Created and directed Cornerstone University Summer Camps. -Served as Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Chair and Conference Rater  -Recruited and maintained student-athletes for both Varsity and Reserve programs.
